The Services may be delivered, administered, or accessed electronically through the Internet, email, text messaging, and software applications, including mobile or handheld devices. In connection with the Services, we may provide certain records electronically and obtain your electronic signature. If you do not agree to this E-Sign Consent or withdraw your consent, you may not be eligible to use our Services.

Records to Be Provided in Electronic Form

The "Records" covered by this E-Sign Consent include, but are not limited to, documents, communications, contracts, statements, notices, authorizations, and disclosures, such as privacy policies, terms and conditions, credit authorizations, loan agreements, payment schedules, billing statements, and adverse action notices.

We reserve the right to determine which Records are delivered electronically and when an electronic signature is required.

All Records provided electronically or in paper form are considered "in writing." You acknowledge that this consent relates to a transaction affecting interstate commerce and is governed by the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act ("E-SIGN Act").

Scope of Your Consent

By agreeing to this E-Sign Consent, you confirm that you have reviewed it and are able to print or save a copy for your records. You expressly consent to receive, view, and electronically sign Records presented on our website, through a web browser, or via software applications, including mobile applications.

Electronic Records sent to your designated email address may appear within the email body, as attachments, or through links included in the message.

Your electronic signature may include clicking buttons, selecting checkboxes, typing your name, replying to an email, or taking other affirmative actions clearly presented to you when viewing a Record. Your consent remains effective unless withdrawn as described below.

How to Withdraw Consent

Once consent is withdrawn, you will no longer be able to submit a loan request through our Services and may be ineligible for other Services. Any pending loan request will be terminated and removed from our system.

If you have already been connected with a lender, any agreements you entered into with that lender will remain in effect, and the lender will continue providing Records according to those agreements.

Withdrawal of consent will take effect within a reasonable time, not to exceed ten (10) business days. No fees will be charged, and withdrawal will not affect the validity of Records previously provided electronically.

Request for Paper Records

After consenting to electronic Records, you may request a paper copy of any previously provided Record by emailing [email protected].

Paper copies are provided at no charge and will be mailed within approximately ten (10) business days. Requesting a paper copy does not withdraw your electronic consent.

Changing Your Contact Information

You are responsible for maintaining accurate and current contact information, including your phone number, email address, and mailing address.

If a Record is sent electronically but not received due to outdated or blocked contact information, it will still be considered delivered.

You should add anytiercredit.com and our sending email domain to your safe sender list to ensure delivery of Records. Contact information can be updated by emailing [email protected].

Hardware and Software Requirements

To access and retain electronic Records, you must have:

Changes to Requirements
